Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from GOODS (Merch by Goods) at merchbygoods.com and shop.merchbygoods.com. GOODS is operated by Reecenben, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify; we never see or store your full card number.

Made to order

Products are made to order. Colors and print placement may vary slightly from the photos on screen. Returns and refunds are covered by our returns & refunds policy, and delivery by our shipping policy.

Intellectual property

The GOODS name, logos, coin mark, designs, photos and text on this site belong to GOODS and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
