Privacy Policy

This policy explains what GOODS (Merch by Goods) collects when you use merchbygoods.com or shop.merchbygoods.com, and how we use it. GOODS is operated by Reecenben, Inc. ("we," "us").

What we collect

  • Order information: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the items you buy.
  • Payment: processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Account and email preferences: if you create an account or sign up for emails.
  • Usage data: basic information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed and device type, collected by our store platform and analytics.

How we use it

To fulfill and deliver your order, send order and shipping updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve the store, and, if you opt in, send you news about drops. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Who we share it with

  • Shopify, which runs our store and checkout.
  • Our production partner, which prints and ships your order (it receives your name, shipping address and order details).
  • Shipping carriers, to deliver your package.
  • Payment processors, to take payment.
  • Advertising and sales channels such as Google and Pinterest, which may receive limited data (for example, product views or purchases) to show our products and measure results.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices and rights
