Accessibility Statement

GOODS wants everyone to be able to shop at merchbygoods.com and shop.merchbygoods.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our goal. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We use clear headings and labels, text descriptions for product images, readable color contrast, and pages and checkout steps that work with a keyboard. We review the store when we make changes and fix problems we find.

Known limits. Some parts of the store are run by third parties, such as the Shopify checkout, payment pages and embedded social media. We cannot fully control those, but we will help you get the information or complete your order another way.

Tell us about a problem. If something in the store is hard to use, or you need product details such as sizing, fabric or print information in a different format, email sales@merchbygoods.com with the subject line "Accessibility" and tell us the page and the problem. We will reply within 5 business days and work with you to provide what you need, for example by sending the information by email or helping you place your order directly.
